The Senior Contract Management Specialist administers construction contracts, reviews claims, variations and extensions, and advises on contractual disputes to ensure compliance and protect client interests. What you’ll do
- Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance
- Review and advise on contractual correspondence, notices, claims and variations
- Support supervision team in interpreting contract provisions
- Assess contractor claims and provide recommendations
- Monitor contractual risks and support resolution of commercial issues
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years construction experience
- At least 5 years contract management in highway projects funded by multilateral banks
- Experience handling variation orders and contractor claims
