Senior Analyst, Managed Care Contracting

About the role

Managed Care Contracting team at nimble international loads and maintains payer contracts in Practice Management systems. The Senior Analyst reviews, validates and loads contracts, updates Medicare, Medicaid and commercial fee schedules, and creates chargemaster analysis reports. Hyderabad, Telangana, IND, On-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Review, analyze and load managed care payer contracts into Practice Management systems
• Enter CPT codes, fee schedules and reimbursement rates accurately
• Perform contract reviews and validation for rate accuracy and compliance
• Create chargemaster analysis and other payer‑related reports
• Maintain and update Medicare, Medicaid and commercial fee schedules
• Research and resolve contract discrepancies and payment issues
• Manage multiple contracts, priorities and deadlines

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years experience in Managed Care Contracting, Contract Loading, Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare Reimbursement
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer reimbursement methodologies
• Hands‑on experience reviewing and loading payer contracts into PM systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare contract management systems
• Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS coding structures and fee schedules
