About the role

SYSTRA's Contract Management team drives compliance and risk mitigation for large-scale highway bids in India. The Senior Contract Management Specialist administers construction contracts, reviews claims, variations, and disputes, and advises the supervision team on contractual provisions. Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, on-site, Fixed-term Contract role.

What you’ll do

• Administer construction contracts ensuring compliance
• Review and advise on contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and variations
• Support supervision team in contract interpretation during project implementation
• Assess contractor claims and provide recommendations to client
• Monitor contractual risks and support resolution of commercial issues

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years construction experience
• 5+ years contract management in highway projects funded by multilateral banks
• Experience handling variation orders and contractor claims
