What you’ll do

• Support presales, proposal and bespoke solution design
• Manage demand control, vendor governance and delivery assurance
• Provide single‑point delivery accountability for strategic B2B customers
• Plan, provision and ensure technical readiness for network designs
• Translate orders into circuit and provisioning instructions
• Validate capacity, access planning and resolve design issues
