About the role
Paytm Infra Tech team builds large‑scale cloud‑first DevOps platforms supporting billions of transactions. As a Lead DevOps Engineer you will design and automate CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS infrastructure, and lead Kubernetes/EKS deployments for data services. Based in Noida with on‑site work, you’ll mentor engineers and drive scalability, observability, and security initiatives across the platform.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure provisioning on AWS
- Lead Kubernetes/EKS cluster management
- Develop monitoring and observability solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices
- Optimize performance and cost of cloud resources
- Ensure security compliance across deployments
- Collaborate with data engineering teams on platform requirements
What you’ll bring
- 6-10 years DevOps engineering
- Hands‑on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS/Docker
- Automation with Terraform/Ansible
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven
- Scripting in Shell/Python/PowerShell
- Linux systems administration
- Security compliance and networking knowledge
