The Lead DevOps Engineer ensures reliability, SRE, and high availability of on‑prem and cloud environments, drives CI/CD automation, and collaborates across teams to improve processes. Bangalore, India, on-site, 10% travel, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain DevOps infrastructure
- Ensure reliability, SRE, and high availability of operational environment
- Enable R&D teams to use CI/CD tools and automation
- Handle on‑prem and cloud initiatives including planning and reporting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps process issues
- Implement best practices for infrastructure management
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years DevOps experience
- 6+ years building production CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or IT
- Expertise with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
- Proficient in Bash, Python, Groovy scripting
- Strong Linux and Windows administration
- Kubernetes, Helm, Docker containerization
- Experience with Ansible, Prometheus, Loki
