About the role
Cloud Engineer III responsible for designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Google Workplace, Adobe and Smartsheet solutions. Leads scalable, secure platform engineering, automates processes with PowerShell, Python, Graph API, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. Applies IaC, security controls, retention, sensitivity and compliance policies. Collaborates with security, compliance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, drive adoption and run proofs of concept. Serves as SME on modern work practices and GenAI capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange
- Google Workplace, Adobe, Smartsheet
- Engineer scalable, secure solutions per enterprise standards
- Manage configuration, lifecycle, service optimization
- Own customer-focused service or management
- Automate processes via PowerShell, Graph API, Logic Apps, Power Automate
- Reduce manual ops with scripting, self-service
- Deploy with Infrastructure as Code
- Apply identity, access, data protection, governance controls
- Set retention, sensitivity, conditional access, audit policies
- Collaborate with Security & Compliance to meet regulations
- Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Support change management, adoption, feature launches
- Act as SME on modern work practices
- Evaluate new features, run proofs of concept
- Promote standardization, best practices across digital workplace
