About the role
Consumer Leadership team in GBS at Accenture, responsible for delivering group management and statutory reporting financials. Leads FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to provide insights for senior finance stakeholders. Works on-site in Gurugram, India, with a hybrid schedule as needed.
What you’ll do
- Own and lead annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop financial models for scenario planning
- Deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs
- Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
- Mentor and manage FP&A analysts
- Support consumer delivery lead with strategic financial insights
What you’ll bring
- Any Graduation
- CA or CFA certification
- 8-12 years progressive finance experience
- Experience in FMCG/CPG/Tobacco industry
- Advanced Excel, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau
- FP&A tools such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan
- Strong P&L, balance sheet, cash flow knowledge
- Leadership and stakeholder management
