What you’ll do

• Oversee day‑to‑day electronic payments execution and related repairs, investigations and reconciliations
• Ensure timely delivery of critical payment transactions and servicing requests
• Manage team performance, shift schedules and quality metrics
• Produce daily, monthly reports and dashboards for operations
• Interact directly with clients and vendors to resolve issues
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Maintain compliance with payment regulations and risk standards
• Make independent decisions on critical payment operations

What you’ll bring

• BCom degree
• LEAN Six Sigma certification preferred
• 10+ years payment operations experience
• Strong knowledge of payment products and services
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
• Understanding of compliance and risk management
• Willingness to work US/rotational shifts
