Delivery Operations Team Lead

About the role

Consumer Leadership team in GBS, Accenture. Drives delivery of Group Management and Statutory Reporting, acting as P&L owner to produce financial forecasts, budgets and insights for senior finance stakeholders. Leads FP&A analysts, automates reporting, and partners with Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain leaders. Gurugram, on-site, rotational shifts.

What you’ll do

• Own and lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Deliver accurate financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence decisions and optimize costs
• Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor FP&A analysts

What you’ll bring

• CA or CFA certification
• 8-12 years progressive finance experience
• Budgeting and forecasting expertise
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or similar industries
• Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables)
• ERP systems (SAP)
• FP&A tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan)
• Leadership and stakeholder management
