Senior IT Logistics & Procurement Specialist, Fleet IT

What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day Fleet IT procurement and vendor operations, managing purchase orders and budgets
- Own and manage global vendor relationships, monitor performance and enforce SLAs
- Coordinate end-to-end IT logistics, including shipping documentation and customs clearance
- Maintain IT stock and inventory records across warehouses and vessels
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement, logistics, and inventory reports
- Support IT Manager in budget tracking, benchmarking, and CAPEX/OPEX reporting
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls
- Develop and mentor 1-2 analyst team members
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years IT procurement, global supply chain, or logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware specifications
- Hands‑on experience with ERP/Procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and Incoterms
- Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation skills
- Analytical, process‑driven, data‑led approach
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- CIPS Level 4 certification preferred
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
