About the role

Logistics Operations team at Samsonite oversees transportation cost management and service delivery. The Senior Officer handles daily transport desk tasks, bill processing, coordination with finance and outbound teams, and prepares monthly MIS reports. Based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, this role works on-site at the company’s facilities.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day activities of the CDC Transport Desk including transporter bill processing and token generation
• Coordinate with outbound, depot, finance, and senior teams to resolve LR discrepancies and approve tokens
• Prepare monthly provision and maintain MIS reports on transportation costs
• Execute special projects such as Value Added Services, ensuring timely submission and payment to service providers

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years SCM experience
• Strong communication skills
• Planning and execution expertise
• Proficiency with MS Office
