As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will lead complex cross‑organizational technical programs, design sustainable processes, and partner with engineering to build scalable distributed systems while tracking KPIs and presenting to senior leadership. Hyderabad, India – on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
• Design and implement sustainable cross‑functional program management processes
• Drive development of software solutions optimizing global fulfillment
• Establish and track KPIs and SLAs
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path
• Coordinate release schedules and ensure successful delivery
• Partner with engineering to build scalable distributed systems
• Present progress and metrics to senior leadership
