About the role
Global Delivery Services Assurance team at EY delivers high‑quality audit and assurance services to multinational clients. As a Senior, you will manage a portfolio of clients, lead small teams of Associates and Lead Associates, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of engagements while mentoring staff. Based in Kochi, on‑site work with occasional collaboration across EY’s global network.
What you’ll do
- Manage client portfolios and ensure quality of deliverables
- Lead and develop small audit teams
- Adapt assurance approaches to client environments
- Utilize technology to improve service delivery
- Provide performance feedback and conduct reviews
What you’ll bring
- CA or ACCA qualification
- 0-4 years post‑qualification experience in Assurance
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and ISA standards
- Project management of multiple engagements
- Leadership and coaching skills
Nice to have
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Analytical and logical reasoning abilities
