About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead external audit engagements per PCAOB standards
- Conduct process risk assessments and evaluate technology controls
- Perform SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, and SSAE18 assessments
- Manage engagement economics, resourcing, and reporting
- Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to junior team members
- Coordinate with clients on engagement status and deliverables
What you’ll bring
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent
- MBA or related advanced degree
Nice to have
- 5-8 years relevant audit experience
- 1-2 years team leading experience
- Experience with PCAOB standards
- Experience with SOC 1/2 assessments
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks (COBIT, COSO)
- Knowledge of ERP and cloud platforms
