About the role

What you’ll do
- Act as support resource within eDiscovery Client Services team
- Develop and execute solutions for client data intake, processing, and export
- Provide first‑level client communication and support for review and production
- Administer Relativity‑based hosted matters and assist with search and document management
- Maintain project visibility by tracking risks, scope changes, and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, law firms, and corporate clients to align technical solutions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years eDiscovery client services or project management experience
- Familiarity with Relativity, Nuix, or similar eDiscovery platforms
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data and metadata
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours or rotational shifts
