About the role
WSP’s Associate – Project Management role leads Project Management support services for UK-based project teams across multiple sectors and project stages. Day-to-day, you interface with UK Project Managers and Project Directors to meet contractual, programme, governance, and reporting requirements, supporting delivery from early-stage planning through design, construction, and closeout within an integrated UK–India model. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (with a Noida, Uttar Pradesh location), the role follows WSP’s Hybrid Work Model.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery of Project Management support services to UK-based project teams across sectors and project stages
- Interface closely with UK Project Managers and Project Directors to meet contractual, programme, governance, and reporting requirements
- Support successful project delivery from India across the full project lifecycle from early-stage planning through design, construction, and closeout
- Lead and grow the Project Management discipline as part of an integrated UK–India delivery model
- Provide exposure to UK projects and develop technical capability and professional client engagement
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organisational skills
- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Lead and motivate teams to drive timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline from a reputed institution
- Relevant Project Management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, typically 15–20 years
- Working knowledge of Project Management processes and deliverables across the project lifecycle aligned to RIBA Stages 0–7
- Clear command of spoken and written English with strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable supporting UK and international project teams and working across time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI
- Able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Industry-recognised Project Management Qualification like ChPP or progressing towards professional accreditation
- Experience supporting projects delivered for UK or international clients from an India-based location
- Exposure to digital project controls, dashboards, or structured reporting tools

Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputed academic institution in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
