About the role
Legal / Contracts team at Neolytix manages US client agreements. The specialist drafts, reviews, and coordinates MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, and NDAs, ensuring compliance with US law and internal policies while tracking milestones and risks. Gurugram, Haryana, India, hybrid model with on‑site collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Draft and finalize MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs using templates
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and sales to validate pricing and scope
- Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Maintain contract repository and update internal databases
- Ensure compliance with US legal requirements and internal policies
- Serve as point of contact for contract queries and facilitate stakeholder communication
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years drafting/reviewing contracts in BPO/KPO/ITO
- Bachelor's in Law, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication with US clients
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical mindset for risk identification
