About the role
Legal / Contracts team at Neolytix manages US client agreements. The Contracts Specialist drafts, reviews, and maintains MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, and NDAs, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure compliance and timely execution. Based in Gurugram, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration, offering exposure to US market contracts and growth opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Draft and finalize MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs using templates
- Validate pricing, scope, and deliverables with internal stakeholders
- Track contractual milestones and manage renewals, amendments, terminations
- Maintain contract repository and update status in internal databases
- Ensure compliance with US legal and regulatory requirements
- Serve as point of contact for contract queries from internal teams and US clients
- Contribute to improving contract templates and processes
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years drafting/reviewing standard contracts in BPO/KPO/ITO
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication with US clients
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
