About the role
Legal and Commercial Services team at Accenture provides high‑quality contract advice and support across the contract lifecycle. The Contract Specialist collaborates with sales, delivery and client stakeholders to draft, negotiate and manage contracts, mitigate commercial risks and ensure compliance. Bengaluru, on‑site, remote‑US hybrid options available.
What you’ll do
- Support contract management teams across projects and accounts
- Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks
- Assist pre‑award sales activities and contract drafting
- Build trusted client relationships
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Member of World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA
Nice to have
- Minimum 4 years contract management experience
- Collaborate with client executives
- Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations
