About the role
NatWest Digital Services India team builds reliable, scalable digital banking platforms. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer improves availability, performance and security of services, defines error budgets, automates release processes and mentors engineers. Bengaluru, on-site, 45‑hour week.
What you’ll do
- Improve and embed reliability, performance and security characteristics
- Define error budgets and balance risk with reliability
- Automate release processes and drive infrastructure as code
- Coach and guide colleagues on SRE best practices
- Respond to incidents and maintain health of production environments
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years SRE experience
- Azure cloud and IaC (PowerShell, JSON, Bicep, ARM)
- Kubernetes workload management
- Observability tools (Grafana, Log Analytics, AppInsights)
- DevOps processes and ServiceNow automation
- Strong stakeholder communication
