Micro Business Loans team at IDFC FIRST Bank drives growth of the micro business loan portfolio. The Branch Manager leads a branch to scale loan disbursements, manage recruitment, target planning, and ensure a seamless customer experience while collaborating with retail teams. Based in Balotra, Rajasthan, India, on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Set and monitor branch targets and manpower planning
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch sales and credit managers
• Drive monthly loan disbursement goals
• Develop and implement penetration strategies for high‑potential clusters
• Track and improve manpower productivity
• Oversee product mix, profitability, and collection bucket management
• Ensure internal and external audit compliance

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years relevant experience
• Proven track record in meeting disbursement targets
• Experience in recruitment and training of sales and credit staff
• Ability to identify high‑potential business clusters and execute penetration strategies
• Strong portfolio and profitability management skills
• Knowledge of audit compliance processes
