This Senior Visual Designer creates high-performing digital creatives for social media, performance marketing, and CRM campaigns in Bengaluru. The role balances aesthetic excellence with conversion goals across static, motion, and interactive assets.

What you’ll do

  • Design high-quality creatives for Meta, Google, display, CRM, and app campaigns
  • Create engaging social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling digital-first assets balancing brand and business objectives
  • Adapt campaign concepts into multiple formats while maintaining consistency and craft
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams to deliver creative at speed
  • Iterate on creatives based on performance insights and user behavior
  • Maintain and evolve Scapia's digital design system for consistency
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution across static, motion, and interactive assets

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing and social media work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
  • Ability to design for both brand-building and conversion-driven communication
