About the role

Marketing Services division at Ecolab creates compelling visual designs for print and digital channels to support brand storytelling and business outcomes. The Senior Marketing Visual Designer leads brand design execution, manages multiple projects, and collaborates cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver high‑impact assets. Pune, India, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Create and execute visual design and brand materials aligned with strategy
• Transform complex ideas into clear visual designs for marketing and product goals
• Present design rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Build partnerships with marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams
• Apply UI/UX principles to produce assets for print and digital platforms
• Manipulate images and digital content using Adobe Photoshop
• Conduct quality control checks and flag creative risks
• Identify process improvement opportunities for creative workflows

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years of professional visual design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative design tools
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet SLAs
