About the role

Weekday AI client team drives brand and product visual communication. The Senior Graphic Designer leads high‑impact creative initiatives, translating business goals into compelling visual experiences across digital and print, while mentoring junior designers. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence visual strategy and collaborate with senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and executive presentations
• Develop high‑quality digital and print assets adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to gather requirements
• Create and maintain brand identity systems and reusable asset libraries
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Mentor junior and mid‑level designers and promote design best practices

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of graphic/visual design experience
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite
• Advanced presentation design with Keynote or PowerPoint
• Strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills
• Proven stakeholder management and communication
• Portfolio demonstrating concept development and visual storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
