About the role

Signify AI & Data Innovation team builds enterprise‑scale AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms on AWS and Snowflake. The Lead ML Operations Engineer designs end‑to‑end architectures, drives MLOps and GenAIOps pipelines, and leads microservice‑based AI solutions while mentoring cross‑functional teams. Bangalore office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Architect and design AI/GenAI solutions on AWS and Snowflake
  • Lead development of microservices, APIs and AI‑enabled applications
  • Define and govern CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle and monitoring
  • Ensure security, governance and responsible AI practices
  • Mentor and lead cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field
  • Hands‑on AWS experience with Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, etc.
  • Strong Snowflake expertise including Snowpark Python
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS and CI/CD pipelines
  • Leadership of complex AI initiatives

Nice to have

  • AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Solutions Architect certification preferred
  • Kubernetes certification a plus
