Instructional Design Associate Manager

About the role

Talent & Organization (T&O) team at Accenture helps clients across industries with learning design, change management and HR transformation. The Associate Manager leads instructional design initiatives, collaborates with functional managers and SMEs to develop curricula, storyboards and training materials, and mentors a small team of designers. Based in India (Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai), on-site work model with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop learning objectives and curricula aligned with business needs
• Create storyboards, scripts and multimedia training assets
• Lead and coach instructional designers and content developers
• Ensure quality standards and CTQ measures are met
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and feedback

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years instructional design experience
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
• Experience designing ILT, WBT, microlearning, gamified content
• Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis and develop curricula
• Strong collaboration with clients and SMEs
