What you’ll do
- Develop learning designs and materials aligned with business problems
- Create storyboards and interactive content using rapid authoring tools
- Collaborate with SMEs, media, and technology teams to iterate solutions
- Establish standards and templates for learning solutions
- Perform quality checks on training deliverables
What you’ll bring
- 0-3 years experience
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
- Experience with storyboarding and instructional design
- Familiarity with ADDIE model
- Knowledge of e‑learning modalities (ILT, WBT, virtual ILT)
