What you’ll do
- Develop instructional media under supervision
- Identify skill gaps and propose learning strategies
- Coordinate with internal Instructional Design and Technology teams
- Deliver design assets aligned with learning activities
- Maintain design quality and attention to detail
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years experience as Graphic Designer
- Portfolio of diverse design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI
- Strong design principles, typography, color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Organizational skills
- Experience with web design, UX/UI, motion graphics a plus
