About the role

The Visual Design Associate creates instructional media, designs graphics, and supports web and motion projects while collaborating with the Media Lead and Instructional Design team. Navi Mumbai, On-site, 5 days a week, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop instructional media under supervision
- Identify skill gaps and create training strategies
- Coordinate with Instructional Design and Technology teams for media assets
- Deliver design solutions aligned with learning goals
- Support web and motion graphic initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI
- Strong design principles, typography, color theory
- Ability to conceptualize original ideas
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration
- Organizational skills
- Experience with web design, UX/UI, motion graphics a plus
Nice to have
- 1-3 years experience as Graphic Designer
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
