About the role

Creative Studio at Accenture designs impactful visual content and user interfaces for client projects. The Visual Design Associate creates graphics, UI elements, and brand visuals, collaborates with developers, testers, project managers and UX designers, and ensures designs meet brand guidelines while meeting fast‑paced deadlines. Mumbai office, on‑site role, 11/20/2025 start date.

What you’ll do

• Create graphics, UI elements, and brand visuals for digital platforms
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and UX designers to finalize designs
• Analyze feedback and website data to improve usability and accessibility
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Convey project plans and timelines to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Support operational tasks and communicate project timelines
• Work in rotational shifts as required

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in Design/Communications/Visual Design
• 1-3 years experience in visual design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Experience with Sketch and Figma
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work under aggressive timelines
• Storytelling through multimedia platforms
