About the role

Human Resources team at Prudential Financial focuses on strengthening employee experience and driving process excellence across the VCC. The HR Trainee supports HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition process improvement, and people analytics initiatives, creating dashboards and reports to inform strategy. What you’ll do

  • Support employee engagement, onboarding, recognition and culture initiatives
  • Assist HR Business Partners with onboarding, internal movements and retention actions
  • Prepare workforce dashboards, headcount summaries and business review materials
  • Standardize recruitment trackers, interview coordination and hiring governance documents
  • Analyze HR data and create charts, dashboards and presentations for leadership
  • Participate in HR projects related to organization effectiveness and culture

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • MBA HR students, final‑year students or recent graduates (up to 1 year) preferred
  • Prior internship exposure in Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition or HR Projects
