About the role

Valeo is a global automotive technology company reinventing mobility through intuitive driving and CO2-reducing solutions. As a Management Trainee - HR in Ahmedabad, you will support the Site Human Resources team across learning coordination, talent development, employee relations, time attendance/payroll administration, IP (Involvement of Personnel) referent duties, well-being initiatives, and HR projects. The role is a full-time trainee/internship position focused on day-to-day HR operational support and audit compliance.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate collection and consolidation of training needs and support employees/managers in using MyLearning
  • Consolidate training information for audits (IATF, V5000) and process training action evaluations and action plans
  • Schedule and organize training actions in Production according to the PDP, including enrollments and invitations
  • Coordinate talent development campaign deployment within the site, including annual appraisals for operators
  • Support employee relations activities and ensure display/update of mandatory or legal postings
  • Collect, record, validate, and follow up on absences; inform and support employees/managers on time attendance and payroll rules
  • Allocate badges and support employee arrivals/departures, including managing individual documents and files
  • Act as IP referent, coordinate deployment plans with roadmap leaders, facilitate IP meetings, and support managers on IP best practices

What you’ll bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree relevant to Human Resources
  • Willingness to work full-time as a trainee/intern/apprentice/VIE
  • Ability to coordinate training needs collection and consolidate training information
  • Capability to support employees and managers on MyLearning and time attendance/payroll procedures
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks such as employee arrivals/departures and document management
  • Able to act as IP referent and interface with Division and Group structures
  • Basic understanding of audit requirements (e.g., IATF, V5000) for training documentation
  • Strong organizational skills to schedule training actions and manage enrollments
