The Senior Associate analyses government schemes, designs governance reforms, and supports implementation of citizen‑centric initiatives, collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders. What you’ll do

• Analyze existing government schemes and identify bottlenecks
• Design and support governance reform measures including workflow re‑engineering
• Develop and review government notes, cabinet memos, and SOPs
• Facilitate inter‑departmental coordination for service delivery priorities
• Conduct comparative analysis of governance models and adapt best practices
• Support design of grievance redressal systems and monitoring frameworks
• Track implementation progress using data and prepare status reports
• Engage stakeholders to build ownership of reforms
