  • Facilitate coordination between departments to align with CMSDC priorities
  • Conduct comparative analysis of governance models and best practices
  • Support design and enhancement of grievance redressal systems and monitoring frameworks
  • Track implementation progress using data and field feedback, flag risks, and prepare status reports
  • Engage with departments, local bodies, and stakeholders to build ownership of reforms
