Preferred experience includes Docker, Azure Service Bus, Azure Active Directory, and Azure certifications. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape technology strategy for life‑sciences clients while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 .NET developers
  • Architect scalable, high-performance applications
  • Drive technical decisions on Microsoft frameworks
  • Establish coding standards and code review processes
  • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders
  • Oversee RESTful API, microservices, distributed systems
  • Champion DevOps practices using Azure DevOps
  • Manage and optimize SQL Server databases
  • Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years Microsoft stack development
  • 5+ years .NET Core/C# experience
  • 3+ years technical leadership
  • Expertise in ASP.NET Core & EF Core
  • Strong SQL Server & Azure cloud skills

  • Containerization with Docker
  • Azure Service Bus/Event Grid experience
