About the role

Loan Servicing team at Wells Fargo supports mortgage loan operations and ensures compliance across the servicing lifecycle. The Representative reviews, researches, analyzes, and processes moderately complex loan claims and customer inquiries while providing guidance to peers and escalating issues as needed. Hyderabad, India, hybrid model with on‑site presence as required.

What you’ll do

• Support loan servicing functional area and processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Review, research, analyze, and submit moderately complex mortgage claims
• Handle administrative, transactional, and customer support tasks
• Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal personnel
• Escalate non‑routine questions to experienced staff
• Provide guidance to less experienced peers
