About the role

Global Delivery Services Cyber Security IAM team at EY builds and operates Identity and Access Management solutions for global clients. The Senior SailPoint ISC Consultant designs, deploys, and configures SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, integrates authentication sources, develops workflows and custom forms, and creates connectors using Java/BeanShell and REST APIs. Bengaluru, on-site role supporting worldwide engagements, with flexible environment and relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenant including secure cloud‑on‑prem connectivity
• Integrate diverse authentication sources and create identity profiles
• Manage identity lifecycle through Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver processes
• Develop and maintain workflows, custom forms, and access review modules
• Write Cloud Rules in Java/BeanShell for complex transformations
• Build and configure connectors for AD, Azure AD, Workday, etc.
• Leverage SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations, reporting, and integrations
• Ensure compliance with IAM roadmap, security requirements, and AI/CIEM modules

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years designing and deploying ISC-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions
• SailPoint ISC tenant configuration and virtual appliance deployment
• Integration of authentication sources and identity profile creation
• Management of Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle processes
• Developing workflows and custom forms for access requests and reviews
• Java/BeanShell coding for Cloud Rules and attribute transformations
• Building connectors for AD, Azure AD, Workday, Web Services, JDBC
• Using SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations and integrations
