About the role

What you’ll do

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint ISC
  • Configure connectors, workflows, transforms, and rules
  • Assist with application onboarding and identity lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve product and integration issues
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and deliver service updates
  • Drive automation and knowledge‑base improvements
  • Participate in RCA and problem‑management processes

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years IAM/IGA experience
  • 3+ years SailPoint ISC operations
  • L2/L3 incident support in enterprise environment
  • Hands‑on connector, API, and provisioning troubleshooting
  • Experience in managed services supporting global customers
