About the role

Global Delivery Services Cyber Security IAM team at EY builds and secures identity solutions for global clients. The Senior SailPoint ISC Consultant designs, deploys, and manages SailPoint Identity Governance platforms, creates custom workflows, integrates auth sources, and develops cloud rules using Java/BeanShell. Bengaluru office, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Configure and manage SailPoint ISC tenants and virtual appliances
• Integrate authentication sources and create identity profiles
• Develop and maintain workflows, custom forms, and access review modules
• Write cloud rules for complex attribute transformations using Java/BeanShell
• Build connectors for systems such as AD, Azure AD, Workday, and JDBC
• Utilize SailPoint REST APIs for bulk operations and custom reporting
• Ensure compliance with security standards and document risks
• Coach junior team members and foster a positive learning culture

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years experience in SailPoint ISC implementation
• Proficiency in Java or BeanShell for custom rule development
• Experience with REST/SOAP and SCIM integration
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, and API-based data exchange
• Hands‑on with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday connectors
• Ability to design Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver lifecycle processes
• Familiarity with cloud environments and virtual appliance deployment
• SailPoint Engineer certification preferred
