Amex GBT Travel Services team provides corporate travel solutions worldwide. The Senior Travel Counselor advises and arranges complex domestic and international travel, conducts research, ensures policy compliance, and mentors teammates. Bangalore, India, on-site role.

What you’ll do

Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients
Conduct analysis of travel options and anticipate needs
Book air, road, rail, and accommodation travel
Use GDS systems and ensure compliance
Provide telephone service and handle special requests
Coach and mentor team members

Nice to have

Corporate travel experience
Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo)
