About the role

Traveler Care team at American Express Global Business Travel provides 24/7 corporate travel support. The Senior Travel Counselor advises and arranges travel, conducts analysis, uses GDS platforms and ensures policy compliance while delivering exceptional client service. Chennai, remote work model with flexible shifts including afternoons and weekends.

What you’ll do

Advise and arrange corporate travel for individuals and groups
Conduct analysis and research on travel options to anticipate needs
Book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations
Utilize GDS systems and receive training as needed
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations
Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests
Collaborate with team to coach and mentor for service improvement
