About the role

Traveler Care team at American Express Global Business Travel provides 24/7 corporate travel support. The Senior Travel Counselor advises and arranges travel, conducts research, ensures policy compliance, and mentors teammates. Based in Gurgaon, India with an on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers
Conduct analysis and research on travel options
Book domestic and international travel across modes
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations
Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests
Collaborate to coach, mentor, and improve service levels
