About the role

Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG) at onsemi drives mixed‑signal image sensor development. As a Staff Product Engineer, you validate analog/digital blocks, lead bench testing, and shape production test flows. Based in Bangalore, India, the role is on‑site with a full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

  • Drive development of new products
  • Define product validation requirements
  • Create comprehensive plans for technical and resourcing challenges
  • Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
  • Act decisively when required

What you’ll bring

8+ years relevant industry experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ years bench validation or characterization of analog and digital blocks
  • Experience with statistical tools like JMP
  • Experience leading teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with CMOS image sensors (plus)
  • Experience with board design, analog/digital design, verification, DFT pattern generation (plus)
  • Good understanding of silicon bring‑up, production test flows
  • Experience with programming languages (C, VB, Python)
  • Knowledge of MIPI, SERDES (plus)
