About the role

Product and Test Engineering team at onsemi drives analog and mixed‑signal test solutions for new product development. The role leads end‑to‑end NPD product and test engineering from pre‑silicon engagement through production ramp, defining test architecture, planning, hardware/software readiness, silicon bring‑up, characterization, qualification and high‑volume release. Bangalore office, on‑site work model, with cross‑functional collaboration across Design, DFT, Validation, Quality and Manufacturing.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end NPD product and test engineering from pre‑silicon to production ramp
• Drive ATE‑based test solution development including architecture, planning, HW/SW readiness, silicon bring‑up and qualification
• Collaborate with Design, DFT, Validation, Quality and Manufacturing to achieve yield, quality and cost targets

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years product/test engineering with strong ATE expertise
• Hands‑on mixed‑signal test methodologies and hardware development
• B.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI
