About the role

Retail Liabilities team at IDFC FIRST Bank focuses on building and deepening relationships with high‑net‑worth clients. The Associate Relationship Manager engages key customers, acquires new HNI accounts for the Privilege Program, and cross‑sells banking and wealth solutions. Suratgarh, Rajasthan, India – on‑site role, 40‑hour week.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow portfolio of key clients with need‑based solutions
• Acquire HNI customers and onboard them to the Privilege Program
• Cross‑sell products and deepen existing banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with branch SOPs and sales controls
• Act as interface between bank and key customers for comprehensive banking, portfolio and wealth management
• Conduct catchment activities to acquire HNI customers and increase bank visibility
• Work on Key Central Initiatives and generate referrals
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver product and service offerings
