Associate Application Development Backend Development

About the role

An experienced backend developer will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft‑based solutions for a leading healthcare analytics organization. The role focuses on building scalable, secure web APIs using .NET 8.0, ASP.NET Core, and MVC, while integrating front‑end components in React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Candidates will architect cloud‑native services on Azure, leveraging App Services, Functions, SQL Database, and storage solutions, and will manage data persistence with ORMs and NoSQL databases. The position requires strong knowledge of messaging, streaming, and big‑data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, as well as Python for data handling and API development. Working in Agile/Scrum teams, the developer will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role demands excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a passion for continuous learning in emerging technologies.
