About the role

EXL seeks an Associate Business Analyst focused on Application Development and Backend Engineering. The role centers on designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based solutions that meet project specifications and technical standards. Candidates will write C# code, build APIs, and implement serverless components, ensuring high quality through unit and integration testing. They will analyze user stories, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and adhere to coding best practices and version control. The position requires strong communication skills to liaise with onshore US clients and experience in Agile and SDLC processes. Azure fundamentals and functions knowledge is mandatory, along with familiarity with Swagger, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines. The hybrid work model blends onsite presence in Noida with remote collaboration. This role offers a full‑time opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and deploy .NET-based solutions
