Senior Specialist Indirect Procurement

About the role

Global Procurement team at Regeneron drives category strategy and sourcing for professional services. The Senior Specialist supports category leads with market research, supplier benchmarking, RFI/RFQ/RFP preparation, bid analysis, and supplier relationship management, while maintaining analytics and procurement documentation. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, relocation assistance may be available.

What you’ll do

• Support Category Manager and Lead in implementing category strategies for professional services
• Prepare market research, supplier benchmarking, and analytical insights
• Create and manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and conduct bid analyses
• Summarize sourcing outcomes and supplier evaluations
• Maintain category plans, opportunity analyses, and procurement documentation
• Drive process improvement, compliance reviews, and audit support
• Manage tail spend, supplier validation, and category development initiatives
• Provide timely updates and issue escalation to ensure service delivery standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Procurement experience, preferably Pharma/BioPharma
• Knowledge of category management principles
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
• Familiarity with S2P platforms (e.g., Zycus, GEP, Ariba)
• Experience with ServiceNow or contract lifecycle platforms
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal English communication
