About the role

Procurement Operations team at Linesight drives end‑to‑end indirect procurement and contingent workforce management. The Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist oversees contractor onboarding, P2P processes, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with labour regulations. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, this role is on‑site at the Linesight office.

What you’ll do

• administer contractor onboarding, compliance, rate validation, and contract creation
• drive compliance with procurement policies and resolve P2P inefficiencies
• act as super‑user for procurement systems, maintain accurate supplier data
• generate spend analysis reports and support budgeting forecasts
• manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issues
• develop and rollout procurement policies and templates

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years procurement or P2P operations
• contingent workforce procurement experience
• Oracle ERP or similar P2P system expertise
• advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, macros)
